Definition:

A tire kicker is someone with no real intent to engage on the dating apps.

Exemplification of Usage:

Me: This guy waned a penpal or something. I’m on a dating app to go on dates, not find penpals. He was a real tire kicker, wanted to try things out with no intention of buying anything.
