Tech Support

Definition:

All the employees that don’t do any work; any employee that you don’t know how they ever get any work done, because they talk for a living.

Exemplification of usage:

Me: Why are there three employees at the gas station and there’s only one cashier during a rush?

Him: They’re called Tech Support.

Me : What do you mean by that?

Him: They are totally useless employees.
