Perpetual partial Attention

Definition:

A way of describing that, with technology, we are never fully present in our physical lives. There is always some degree of perpetual partial attention.

Exemplification of Usage:

Me: I passed my exit and went twenty miles out of the way! I hate the perpetual partial attention of daily  life.
