Definition:

When you need a break for any reason, but it is not scheduled. Still, you need to take a break because, well, fuck you! Take a fuck you break.

Exemplification of usage:

(In the middle of a no-joke hike) Me: Why are you stopping? Her: I'm taking a fuck you break. Is that alright with you?
