Confident Humility

Definition:

It is about approaching a situation with your ego in check. Not boastful of your achievements, nor embarrassed of your deficiencies. Your ego being just right is confident humility.

Exemplification of usage:

Them: "Thank you for the promotion; I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. I will approach this new position with confident humility, to be sure the job is done well."
