Definition:

A person who apparently has no redeeming qualities; their behavior is as poor as a cracked out whore. They are “affectionately” titled as an Arizona Trash Can.

Exemplification of usage:

Them: "I can’t believe she dicked me over that badly!!"

Me: "Don’t give her another moment of your thoughts, she’s just an Arizona Trash Can."
